Walsworth also has excellent customer service. Veronika Levine is a wonderful yearbook representative to work with. I have been working with her for nine years. She is always available when I need her. Because she lives nearby she is always able to drop by and check in on our progress. On several occasions she has come in to help us finish a deadline or finish our proofs. She is very experienced when it comes to producing yearbooks. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the software we use. Veronika resolves all problems quickly and efficiently. If she can’t fix it for you then she finds someone who can. What I like the most about working with Veronika is that she is honest. She will tell you when something is not possible or when something you are planning isn’t going to look right in your book. She is always up front about cost and there are never any surprises on my final bill.
